The abdominal toning belt accompanies your training of the central abdominal muscles and helps with regeneration.

• The perfect training support for your sports program: the flexible abdominal belt fits comfortably against your body and, thanks to the Velcro fastening, it’s easy to put on. The belt is hand-washable for hygienic use and can be used for abdominal circumferences from 70 to 140 cm.
• EMS is used in sports for muscle training, supporting the training. The abdominal muscle belt causes the muscles fibres to contract and relax repeatedly, so when you’re too tired to work any harder, the EM32 can take over. Using 2 wear-free contact electrodes made of conductive carbon material, your abdominal muscles are stimulated for a defined and well-formed body.
• The removable control element with LCD display with clear symbols gives you precise information about battery status, training intensity level, programme timer, key lock and the selected programme. The integrated training memory function recalls your preferred settings to help with your progression.
• You can set the intensity of the application from level 0 to 40. Depending on your needs and preferences, you can set the intensity lower or higher and combine it with the countdown timer.
• The belt EM 32 works with water-contact electrodes. No contact gel is required for use, nor are replacement electrodes. Moisten the electrodes and your stomach with water and you’re ready to go. Two additional adhesive electrodes can be connected for individual muscle stimulation.
