Raffle Draw Ticket Terms and Conditions:-
- Shop at any of the Sharaf DG Stores (Muscat Grand Mall, City Center Muscat, Mall of Oman, Safeer Mall Sohar or online oman.sharafdg.com in Oman and stand a chance to win Raffle Draw with No minimum transaction value required to be eligible for a Raffle ticket.
- The period of the Promotion is from 13/Mar/2024 to 10/Apr/2024.
- Customer is entitled for one raffle coupon for one invoice at Sharaf DG stores and online and customer will get 1 more ticket for every additional 100 OMR spent at Sharaf DG stores or online.
- To claim the prize the winner should provide the ID proof matching with the details entered in the coupon.
- The e-raffle coupons will be issued after valid purchase of goods, customers will be notified by the SMS for the raffle coupon and customers need to save the SMS for reference.
- The promotion will end on 10th April 2024 and the Ministry person at our Muscat Grand Mall store will choose the winners in an electronic random drawing on the 22nd April 2024.
- The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 48 hours of being chosen and winner will be require to collect the prize from the venue and the date provided by Sharaf DG, Oman.
- If a winner does not respond to the Sharaf DG within 15 days of notification, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Sharaf DG LLC will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative offered.
- Mega Winner/ Air Travel ticket winner specifically acknowledges that he/She shall be responsible for the payment of all Airport taxes, tax, title fees, license fees, insurance requirements or any other charges as may be required under any law, ordinance, statute, regulation under laws of Sultanate of Oman.
- Air Ticket Winner need to obtain necessary applicable visa.
- These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sultanate of Oman and jurisdiction over any disputes shall be exclusive to the Oman consumer protection.

- تسوق في أي من متاجر شرف دي جي (مسقط جراند مول، سيتي سنتر مسقط، مول عمان، سفير مول صحار أو عبر الإنترنت oman.sharafdg.com في عمان واحصل على فرصة للفوز بالسحب بدون حد أدنى لقيمة المعاملة المطلوبة تكون مؤهلة للحصول على تذكرة السحب.
- فترة العرض من 13/مارس/2024 إلى 10/أبريل/2024.
- يحق للعميل الحصول على قسيمة سحب واحدة مقابل فاتورة واحدة في متاجر شرف دي جي وعبر الإنترنت وسيحصل العميل على تذكرة واحدة إضافية مقابل كل 100 ريال عماني إضافية يتم إنفاقها في متاجر شرف دي جي أو عبر الإنترنت.
- للمطالبة بالجائزة، يجب على الفائز تقديم إثبات الهوية المطابق للتفاصيل المدخلة في القسيمة.
- سيتم إصدار قسائم السحب الإلكتروني بعد الشراء الصحيح للسلع، وسيتم إخطار العملاء عبر الرسائل النصية القصيرة بقسيمة السحب وسيحتاج العملاء إلى حفظ الرسالة النصية القصيرة للرجوع إليها.
- سينتهي العرض الترويجي في 10 أبريل 2024 وسيقوم موظف الوزارة في متجرنا بمسقط جراند مول باختيار الفائزين في سحب عشوائي إلكتروني في 22 أبريل 2024.
- سيتم إخطار الفائز عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف (باستخدام التفاصيل المقدمة عند الدخول) خلال 48 ساعة من اختياره وسيطلب من الفائز استلام الجائزة من المكان والتاريخ المقدم من شرف دي جي، عمان.
- إذا لم يستجب الفائز لـ Sharaf DG خلال 15 يومًا من الإخطار، فسيتم مصادرة جائزة الفائز ويحق لشركة Sharaf DG LLC اختيار فائز آخر وفقًا للعملية الموضحة أعلاه.
- يمكن الاطلاع على قائمة جميع الفائزين وتواريخ السحب على الموقع الإلكتروني oman.sharafdg.com.
- الجائزة غير قابلة للاستبدال وغير قابلة للتحويل ولا يتم تقديم بديل نقدي.
- يقر الفائز الكبير/ الفائز بتذاكر السفر على وجه التحديد بأنه سيكون مسؤولاً عن دفع جميع ضرائب المطار أو الضرائب أو رسوم الملكية أو رسوم الترخيص أو متطلبات التأمين أو أي رسوم أخرى قد تكون مطلوبة بموجب أي قانون أو مرسوم أو تشريع ، التنظيم بموجب قوانين سلطنة عمان.
- تقع على عاتق الفائز مسؤولية الحصول على التأشيرة اللازمة.
- تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وأي مسائل تتعلق بها وتفسر وفقًا لقوانين سلطنة عمان ويكون الاختصاص القضائي في أي نزاعات حصريًا لحماية المستهلك العماني.
