ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION + EXTENDED WARRANTY

WHAT IS COVERED?

The DG Shield+ appliesto Mobiles, Tablets and IT products excluding printers which covers 2 incidents of Accidental Damage, Cracked Screen, and Liquid Damage for a period of 24 months. DG Shield+ covers 2 incidents of repair during the period of 24 months from the date of purchase of the product.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • DG Shield+ service repair handling charges: 10 % or OMR 20 (whichever is lower) of the original product value.
  • In case if the product is unrepairable, DG Shield+ will cover the cost of replacement of the product by replacing the product with similar product or through gift vouchers of the same value upon customer paying 10% (Up to 365 days from the date of purchase of the product) of the original product value, 20% (Above 365 days from the date of purchase of the product) of the original product towards service charges.
  • During DG Shield+ period, if the unit is beyond economical repair replacement/Gift Card will be issued. DG Shield+ will be cancelled with Replacement/Gift Card.

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS

 
  1. No liability is accepted towards losses, which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  2. Loss or damage caused by wear and tear or normal deterioration.
  3. Any defect that is not initially covered by the manufacturer or supplier warranty.
  4. Routine maintenance, cleaning, adjustments or alignments, overhaul, modification and de-scaling.
  5. Any defect caused as a result of improper usage, negligence, transit/transportation damage and willful misuse.
  6. Loss or damage caused by extraneous perils such as fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, sand or other natural calamities, voltage fluctuations, theft, attempted theft, malicious damage.
  7. Reception or transmission problems resulting from external causes/perils. 8. Data/ hardware corruption arising due to computer virus infection.
  8. Modification/alteration of any sort made to circuitry, original design of the product.
  9. When the serial/model number of the set has been tampered with or removed.
  10. Any defect cause by usage of wrong power supply, voltage, corrosion, rust or stains or any problem with supply of electricity.
  11. Any product which has been used for commercial or rental purposes.
  12. Should necessary spare parts for repair be subject to import restrictions of a country resulting in delay in repairs, there will be no liability on Sharaf DG store arising out of such delay.
  13. Products being recalled by the manufacturer.
  14. Claims arising from the failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions.
  15. Inspection charges/ service charges are not covered if no fault is found in the product.
  16. Cosmetic damage including but not limited to damage to paintwork or dents or scratches.
  17. Unauthorized repairs performed by third parties. Previously repaired by a non-approved service center or service agent including case changes and the like.
  18. Loss or damage to recording media, software or data. Software defects or software generated problems including the operating system and third party software or the reloading software.
  19. Any loss or damage to a person or property, direct, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the products.
  20. Any loss effecting to SIM card, Accessories, ancillary product etc. even if the equipment result into complete stoppage of working.
  21. Accessories are not covered. (Batteries in built or external, cables, adaptors and other consumables as applicable)
  22. Any loss due to hire or loan of the insured equipment to a third party or if ownership is transferred or sales is returned.
  23. Loss arising due to unlawful intentional act or willful neglect.
  24. Any consequence of war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war rebellion, revolution, insurrection, mutiny, riot, strike, lock out, civil commotion, military or usurped power, acts of a group of malicious persons or persons acting in behalf of or in connection with any political organization, conspiracy, confiscation, commandeering, requisition or destruction of or damage to property by order of any government de jure or de facto or by any public authority.
  25. Any consequence of nuclear reaction, nuclear radiation or radioactive contamination.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations of this plan may be made by the purchaser within 7 days from the date of purchase for any reason upon the original invoice at the store of purchase. The DG Shield+ certificate has to be returned at the time of cancellation.
Fraud: All benefits of this DG Shield+ will be forfeited if a fraudulent declaration or claim is made.

مالمغطى ؟

ينطبق دي جي شيلد بلس على أجهزة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات  ويغطي حوادث التلف العرضي والشاشة المتشققة والأضرار السائلة لمدة  24 شهرا و يغطي دي جي شيلد بلس حادثتين لإصلاح خلال فترة 24 شهر من تاريخ شراء المنتج.

 

الشروط والأحكام العامة

رسوم تقديم خدمة دي جي شيلد بلس %10 أو 20 ريال عماني أيهما أقل من قيمة المنتج الأصلي.

في حالة ما إذا كان المنتج غير قابل للأصلاح ستغطي دي جي شيلد بلس تكلفة استبدال المنتج عن طريق استبدال المنتج بمنتج مماثل أو عن طريق قسائم هدايا بنفس القيمة عند دفع العميل ٪10(حتى 365 ً يوما من تاريخ شراء المنتج) من قيمة المنتج الأصلي أو ٪20(فوق 365 ً يوما من تاريخ شراء المنتج) للمنتج الأصلي مع رسوم خدمة الأصلاح .

 

خلال فترة دي جي شيلد بلس إذا كانت الوحدة خارجة عن  الإصلاح الاقتصادي / سيتم إصدار بطاقة هدايا و سيتم إلغاء دي جي شيلد بلس بأصدار بطاقة هدايا و سوف يستمر تمديد الضمان للمنتج الجديد

  1. لا ضمان في حالة فقدان الجهاز لإنه يندرج تحت ضمان المصنع.
  2. الضياع أو الأعطال المتعمدة غير مشمولة بأي شكل من الأشكال.
  3. لا يشمل أي عطل غير مشمول في ضمان المصنع او ضمان المورد.
  4. لا يشمل الصيانة العامة أو نقل البيانات والتنظيف
  5. لا يشمل أي أضرار ناجمة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال أو الأضرار الناجمة عن النقل بعد الاستلام.
  6. الفقد أو التلف الناتج عن مخاطر غريبة مثل الحريق أو الانفجار أو الفيضان أو الزلازل أو الحوادث أو الرمال أو المياه أو غيرها من الكوارث الطبيعية ، تقلب الجهد ، السرقة ، محاولة السرقة ، التلف الضار وتلف الحوادث
  7. .الأضرار الناجمة عن الاستعمال الخارجي.
  8. لا يشمل المعلومات المحفوظة في اجهزة ا›لكترونية في حالة فقدانها بسبب فيروسات الكمبيوتر.
  9. لا يشمل أي تغير جذري في شكل الجهاز.
  10. .لا يشمل الأجهزة التي مسح أو مزق رقمها التسلسلي.
  11. .لا يشمل أية أضرار ناجمة عن سوء الاستخدام أو عن خطأ في الشحن أو استخدام شاحن غير مناسب أو الأضرار الناجمة عن قوة الكهرباء أو تنظيف رأس أجهزة الفيديو ، التآكل ، الصدأ أو البقع أو أي مشكلة مع إمدادات الكهرباء أو الغاز أو الماء.
  12. لا يشمل أي جهاز تم استخدمه غراض تجارية أو للايجار.
  13. إذا كانت قطع الغيار اللازمة ل„صلاح تخضع لقيود الاستيراد في بلد ما مما يؤدي إلى تأخير عمليات ا›صلاح ، فلن تكون هناك مسؤولية على متجر شرف دي جي.
  14. .لا يشمل اجهزة المطلوبة من المصنع.
  15. .لا يشمل اجهزة التي فشلت في اتباع التعليمات من المصنع.
  16. .لا يتم تغطية تكاليف العمالة إذا لم يتم العثور على خطأ في الجهاز.
  17. .لا يشمل اضرار الناجمة عن أعمال الصباغة والديكور.
  18. .لا يشمل اضرار الناجمة عن التعديل في مراكز خارجية.
  19. .لا يشمل اضرار في الفيديوات أو السوفتوير.
  20. أي خسارة أو ضرر يلحق بأشخاص أو ممتلكات أو أضرار مباشرة أو تبعية أو عرضية تحدث نتيجة استخدام أو عدم القدرة على استخدام المنتجات.
  21. لا يشمل أي خسارة تحدث على بطاقة ا›تصال أو الملحقات أو المنتج المساعد وما إلى ذلك حتى لو كانت المعدات تؤدي إلى التوقف التام عن العمل.
  22. لا يتم تغطية الاكسسوارات (بطاريات مدمجة أو خارجية وكابلات ومحولات ومواد مستهلكة أخرى حسب الاقتضاء.
  23. .لا يشمل أي خسارة ناتجة عن استئجار أو قرض المعدات المؤمنة لطرف ثالث أو في حالة نقل الملكية أو إعادة المبيعات.
  24. .لا يشمل خسارة ناشئة عن فعل مقصود غير مشروع أو إهمال متعمد
  25. .لا يشمل أي نتيجة للحرب أو الغزو أو عمل العدو الأجنبي أو الأعمال العدائية (سواء أعلنت الحرب أم لا) أو تمرد لحرب الأهلية أو الثورة أو التمرد أو التمرد أو الشغب أو الإضراب أو الإغلاق أو الاضطرابات المدنية أو القوة العسكرية أو المغتصبة أو مجموعة من الأشخاص الضارين أو الأشخاص الذين يتصرفون بالنيابة عن أي منظمة سياسية أو مؤامرة أو مصادرة أو قيادة أو طلب إتلاف ممتلكات بأمر من أي حكومة قانونية أو بحكم الواقع أو من قبل أي سلطة عامة.
  26. .لا يشمل أي نتيجة للتفاعل النووي أو الإشعاع النووي أو التلوث

الإلغاء

 الإلغاء

يجوز للمشتري إلغاء هذه الخطة في غضون 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء لأي سبب من الأسباب بالفاتورة الأصلية من متجر الشراء و يجب إعادة شهادة دي جي بلس في وقت الألغاء

. الاحتيال: تلغي جميع مزايا دي جي شيلد بلس إذا تم أكتشاف أي محاولة احتيالية.
