The eco cycle will bake a loaf in just 85 minutes, or you can use the premium cycle to make a loaf in just over 3.5 hours. And not only can you use your BM260 to bake a fresh loaf every day, you can try out recipes for speciality breads too, including gluten free and pizza dough. You can even use your bread maker to make jams and marmalade.

The BM260 comes in a compact, stylish white and grey design, with a display to make it easy to keep an eye on the baking progress. The pan twists and locks in place, and can be removed for easy cleaning.
