GUARANTEED 65% BUYBACK | iPhone 15 Series -2023

1. Program:

Guaranteed buy-back program guarantees a buy-back value in an event of upgrades of the current device to a new device belonging to NPI (new product introduction) classification, Ex: iPhone 15 bought this year can be upgraded to a new iPhone with a guaranteed buy-back value of 65% amount paid for iPhone 15.

• • A. Eligibility:

  • i. The plan can be offered to customers with any iPhone 15 series products.
  • ii. Customers will be charged a one-time fee of OMR 15.9 plus vat for the plan.

  • A. Plan Term:

  • i. The plan is to be purchased/enrolled between 29th September 2023 till 31st December 2023.
  • ii. The plan once enrolled is valid from the date of purchase till 31st December 2024 or 395 days whichever comes earlier.

REDEMPTION:

The plan can be redeemed next year starting from the launch day of the new iPhone model till 31st December 2024,

• • A. Requirements:

  • i. The customer should carry the invoice copy along with the iPhone (same IMEI) and its box.
  • ii. The iPhone should be in working conditions with no missing parts or fault.
  • iii. Battery health for the iPhone should not be less than 90%.
  • iv. There should not be any scratches on the screen or dents on the body.
  • v. The device should be free from any kind of lock, device, cloud or otherwise.
  • vi. Device will be checked and evaluated at the Tech bench in Sharaf DG stores.

  • B. Exceptions:

  • i. In event of the device exchange from Apple Service Provider a letter of exchange shall be produced at the time of redemption as an additional document by the customer.
  • ii. In an event of a refund/change of iPhone the plan fees shall not be refunded.
  • iii. This plan is Non-Transferable, the plan will be associated with the IMEI number unique to the handset and cannot be transferred to another device.
