How many days does it take for order delivery within Oman?

We have 24hrs delivery option available for Muscat on selected products for more information please check the product details page. It takes 2 – 5 business days to deliver the order within Oman. In case of items such as refrigerators, Television of size 40” and above, Washing machines and other major appliances, which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 5-7 business days.

In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, Sharaf DG reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.

What are the shipping charges for delivery within the Oman?

No. We charge OMR 3 for up to 5 KG volumetric weight and additional amount of  200 BZ for every additional KG volumetric weight for delivery within Oman.

Do you deliver products outside the Oman?

No. Currently we do not deliver outside the Oman.

However, you may get in touch with our call center on 800-66753 for any specific requirement. We will offer assistance to you based on the availability of the product and delivery feasibility outside the Oman.

What are the Payment Options available for placing an order?

We offer you Pay Now (Debit/Credit Card issued in Oman) , Cash on Delivery, Paypal(pay with International Cards in USD), Points Pay, Gift Card, Air Miles, Rewards Points, American Express Card payment options.

What are the Delivery Options available at the time of placing an order?

Home Delivery:

Home delivery is available within Oman.

Store Pickup:

Orders are available for Store Pickup at the below Sharaf DG Store Locations at no additional Shipping Charge:

  • Safeer Mall – Sohar

Products that are not available for Store Pickup are:

  • Refrigerators

What is the cancellation policy for orders placed on www.oman.sharafdg.com?

You may cancel the order until before the order has been dispatched by calling our call center on 800-66753 or writing to us at feedback@om.sharafdg.com

Cancelations after dispatching the order is not possible. However, you may choose to return the product based on our hassle free Return Policy.

What happens if I am not home to accept the order delivery?

Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order.

You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid).

We advise you to write to us on feedback@om.sharafdg.com or call us on 800-66753 and inform us for an alternate schedule.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information.
